Philosophy and Outlook in regards to training and living the fitness life
I don’t believe in one single method of training, I choose to analyze each clients goals, current and past physical history as well as current lifestyle. At that point I then design a program specifically for them, I do this not only to ensure success, but also to keep it interesting and be assured that they look forward to training each day and staying active outside of the gym as well.
I am not a babysitter or a drill sergeant, my goal is to educate each and every one of my clients about all the aspects required around leading a healthy lifestyle. I like to look at each client’s background and current lifestyle (both mentally and physically) with the big picture in mind. My ultimate goal is to educate everyone on how to balance everyday life while at the same time leading a healthy, positive lifestyle!
Philosophy on Eating Clean ~ NUTRITION
With Nutrition I have the same approach... There is NO one size fits all nutrition plan for success, each person will react completely different to the exact same nutritional program due to genetic makeup, body chemistry, food allergies, basal metabolic rate and so on. Seeing that nutrition is approximately 80% or more of the puzzle, a lot of time needs to be spent fine tuning each clients eating plan to optimize results. While effort from the client is mandatory, I design each meal plan around the client’s daily schedule, their likes and dislikes of foods, and any metabolic factors that will come into play. There has to be some sacrifice but eating clean does not have to be boring or bland. I have recently completed a long trial of nutritional experiments using myself and current clients, and have come up with a 3 stage eating plan that allows you to have a life and stay healthy and fit along the way.
